So last week was my birthday...and let me tell you it was amazing. I decided to take the day off because work has been so busy and it was a great excuse to have a day to myself and Mike. We had a nice breakfast down at the Newport Pier and for once my birthday was actually gorgeous down there!!!! It's usually overcast and nasty. Then we stopped by and visited my aunt at the antique store and chatted for a while. That night we went to dinner at my favorite restaurant Hibachi Steakhouse and my love surprised me and invited my family...I had such a great day even minus the fact that I couldn't have a cocktail it was still AMAZING!

April 10, 2011 marked four years since Mike proposed to me and for those of you who do not know, he had me meet him in Belmont Shore after work, which I thought was strange because he hates the beach. He then had a Plane fly over us with this lovely banner:
Truly was one of the best moments of our lives...He truly is amazing and I am very lucky to have found someone like him.
